Acne

Acne might not be nice to look at but it is worse to have it. Just at the age when you realize that how you look affects what people think of you those ugly spots burst out especially on the day you have a date. It usually affects those with greasy skins so if there is any good news it is that in years to come when the teenagers who had perfect complexions thanks to a dry skin are getting older their skin is wrinkling and those who endured the years of greasy pores are now benefiting from their built in, continuous moisturisers.

Thankfully, today's teenagers have cures that were not available when their parents were making eyes at each other. Gone are astringents and oxide fragments in abrasive creams that just make the face red and sore. Acne comes from under the skin so that's where we have to go to stop the bacteria that causes the spots.

CellSonic has two techniques:

CellSufflator introduces carbon dioxide which then couples to extra oxygen under the skin and kills bacteria.

CellSploder explodes the germs with a finely directed negative ion. It is a voltage safe enough to use even inside the mouth (it kills decay in teeth). Waved slowly and methodically over the affected skin, the ions will hit the bacteria which burst under the pressure. You can not treat too much with CellSploder so if there are especially difficult spots just zap them for longer.

Keep the acne affected area clean. You can't help your pores exuding oil. Avoiding oily food has little effect. Try not to squeeze the spots; it only becomes a wound and even harder to heal. Get lots of sleep. Avoid stress and don't ask how because with exams, parents, boy friends and girl friends to worry about there is no simple answer. What we do know is that when you get away hiking or cycling, exercising and with no one annoying you, your face and back will clear up. Then you return to the grind. By the time you are sixty you will have smooth skin and all those who rejected you forty five years before will look old and wrinkled. Ask your grandmother.
